These Terms & Conditions exist to create a clear, fair, and respectful understanding between us. While they are necessary to protect our practice, please know they are written with the primary intention of supporting your success and ensuring a positive, productive experience for everyone involved. General Terms
Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Jurisdiction
All services are performed by practitioners based in the United Kingdom and are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or purchase any product or service from this website. By using the site or making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the express consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. The legal guardian will be held solely responsible for the actions of the minor and any consequences that may arise from the use of our website or advice. If you are under 18 and do not have such a permission – do not use this site.
Digital Products (Ebooks & Downloads)
Support
We want to ensure you fully understand the material you purchase. Each purchase of an ebook or other simple digital product includes 7 days of support. If you have questions regarding the content, please contact us via the form on our Contact page, providing your order number, and we will gladly offer clarification via email.
Online Courses
Support
For our more in-depth online courses, we provide 30 days of personal support to help you navigate the material. This support is available via our website’s contact form. Should you encounter significant challenges, a brief Google Meet call may be arranged to provide direct assistance.
Course Access
Access to online courses is provided for an “indefinite” period. This is defined as for the lifetime of this website and as long as our third-party course hosting provider remains operational. As we rely on external services, we cannot guarantee access if said provider ceases to operate. However, as a gesture of courtesy and to safeguard your investment, we maintain backups of all course materials. In the event our hosting provider fails, we will make every reasonable effort to provide you with access to these materials through an alternative method, such as a private Google Drive link.
Consultations & Personal Sessions
Session Preparation
Our consultations are practical, focused, and solution-oriented. To ensure you receive the maximum value from our time together, we require that you prepare a set of questions or a description of the problems you wish to address before the session begins. This allows us to work efficiently and provide you with tangible, helpful guidance.
Punctuality
We respect your time and our own. A grace period of 15 minutes is provided for all scheduled consultations. Should you fail to join the meeting within this period, the session will be considered complete.
Rescheduling Policy
If you wish to reschedule a consultation, you must contact us at least two (2) working days in advance. A “working day” is defined as Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Each consultation may only be rescheduled once.
Session Expiry
All paid consultations must be scheduled and completed within 30 days of the original purchase date, unless a different arrangement has been explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Post-Consultation Support
Our support for a specific consultation concludes when the scheduled session ends. This is to ensure that each session remains focused and respected. If you have further questions or require additional guidance after your consultation is complete, you will need to book a new session.
The Nature of Magickal Services
Coaching Outcomes
Magick is a profound personal practice. While we provide tools, guidance, and support, we cannot promise that you will become a powerful Chaos Magician. The ultimate results depend entirely on your personal dedication, practice, and application of the knowledge shared.
Spellcasting Scope
The spells we cast must target the client only and be of positive intent. We do not cast spells on people other than the client, especially if they are to cause any kind of harm.
Examples:
- If you are a victim of magickal attacks, we may help you with a spiritual blessing, cleansing, and magickal protection, but we will not cast any offensive spells on other humans.
- If you wish to find your luck in love, we may prepare a spell that will help you attract the right partner or love in general, but we will not cast any spells that aim to make a specific person fall in love with you.
- If you are in any kind of competition with others (whether it be employment, sports, or anything else), we may prepare a spell that increases your chances of succeeding, but we will not cast any spells that intend to make your competitors fail.
Spellcasting Effectiveness
Our magickal workings, such as purchased rituals and spells, are intended to support your real-world actions in achieving realistic goals. Magick is an aid, not a replacement for practical effort. Please be aware that the nature of magick is unpredictable, and while we will apply all our skill and energy to support you, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Divination Accuracy
Divinatory readings describe possibilities, potentials, and energetic currents as we perceive them. They are not declarations of an unchangeable future. Magickal perception can be abstract; sometimes an insight may feel “enthusiastic” or “scary” without a precise definition. If one divination method (e.g., aura scanning) does not yield clear information, we will always attempt alternative methods (e.g., pendulum dowsing, tarot reading) to provide you with the highest quality service possible.
Health & Wellbeing Disclaimer
Our services are intended for magickal, spiritual, and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis and treatment. Any protective or healing spells are directed at spiritual wellbeing within the astral realm and should not be interpreted as a cure or treatment for any physical or mental health condition.
Conduct & Responsibilities
Personal Responsibility
All advice, techniques, and information provided by Chaos Magick Forge are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions. We accept no liability for any consequences that may arise if a client chooses to engage in dangerous methods, exercises, or the use of any substances.
Professional Courtesy
We are committed to maintaining a respectful and safe environment for both clients and practitioners. While we are adults and understand expressive language, we will not tolerate abusive or disrespectful behavior. If a client’s conduct becomes inappropriate, we will issue a single warning. If the behavior continues, we reserve the right to terminate the session immediately without a refund.
Refunds, Cancellations & Intellectual Property
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate commencement of work on our services, we do not offer refunds. Upon purchasing a digital product or service, you provide your prior express consent for the service to begin immediately. In doing so, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal, in accordance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Intellectual Property
All content, including ebooks and course materials, is the intellectual property of Chaos Magick Forge. Your purchase grants you a license for personal, non-commercial use. You are welcome to make copies for your own private study and use. However, you may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share these materials.
Confidentiality
We hold your privacy in the highest regard. Everything you share with us during a consultation or in any communication is treated with absolute confidentiality. We will never record our sessions, share your information with any third party, or keep detailed records of our conversations. However, we do not endorse illegal activities, and if you inform us of your plans to participate in anything that could cause physical harm to others, we will be obliged to inform the authorities.
